Shipping and delivery

Agent or parcel box

  • The courier shows both their identification or verification through BankID in the Postnord app.
  • Delivery time: 1-3 weekdays.
  • Regions: Covers all of Sweden.
  • Size: max 20 kg or dimension limitation 3 meters for maximum length + circumference
  • Pickup: If you are going to pick up your order from an agent, the order will remain with the agent for 6-7 days after you have been notified that your order is at the agent.
  • Price: 99 SEK for orders under 500 SEK

Home delivery with Postnord

  • The recipient will receive a notification via SMS or email the day before the first possible delivery time.
  • Delivery time: 2-5 weekdays. Delivery takes place between 09:00-21:00 in 2-4 hour intervals.
  • Regions: All of Sweden
  • Price: 129 SEK for orders under 500 SEK

Returns

Returns must be made no later than 14 days after you receive your delivery. Return an item by following these steps:

  • Return the product in its original packaging and seal the package carefully.
  • Attach the return shipping label on top of the old shipping label. You can obtain a return label by contacting customer service.
  • Drop off the package at a PostNord agent or book a pickup of the package in the PostNord app or via PostNord's website. Save the receipt as proof of return.
  • Credit will be paid within 14 days after we have received the return.

Return fee

The following return fees are charged when you exercise your right of withdrawal or right to open purchase:

  • Small and medium-sized goods (under 20 kg), SEK 99
  • Oversized goods (over 20 kg), SEK 299

It is your responsibility as a customer to submit your return items to PostNord correctly. Be sure to note the package ID when you send the package from your agent and ask for a receipt if you do not receive one. The return shipping cost will be automatically deducted from the amount you receive back. The exception to the above is if you need to use our delivery guarantee. Complaints

When you shop at reirei, you get a 1-year warranty on all products. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have a 3-year right to complain.

Product warranty

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects that were present at the time of delivery. Original defects must be proven and confirmed by reirei for the warranty to apply. You can get a free repair, a new product or a reduction in the original price depending on the situation.

The warranty does not apply if no defect can be found on the product or if you yourself have caused the damage.

To make a complaint or use the warranty

Contact our customer service by phone or email: customer service. Please provide a description of the defect on the product and attach clear pictures of the defect. We will help you through the process and process any refunds as soon as possible after the defective product has been inspected.

Return shipping: reiri will cover the cost of return shipping if you use the warranty or the right of complaint.
