Terms & Conditions of Sale
These terms of purchase apply when you as a consumer purchase products from reirei's webshop https://www.kitandkin.se/ (the "Agreement").
It is important that you read through the entire Agreement, including the Privacy Policy which provides more detailed information on the personal data we process, before you accept them.
If you have any questions regarding the Agreement, you can contact our customer service; contact information can be found under point 1 below.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have your parent's/guardian's approval) to purchase products via our Webshop and enter into the Agreement.
To place an order for the purchase of products via our Webshop, you must provide certain personal data about yourself (such as name, e-mail address, address, and mobile telephone number).
- About REIREI AB
- REIREI AB, organisation number 556853-2773, has its registered office in Linköping (the "Company", "we", "reirei"). The Company's postal address is Norra Oskarsgatan 12, 582 73 Linköping.
- If you wish to get in touch with us, send an email to kundservice@reirei.se with your case and your contact details, and we will get back to you as soon as we can, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), or call us on 01351030 between 09:00 and 15:00.
- Order
- When you place an order for the purchase of products and accept the Agreement digitally, you accept becoming bound by the terms of the Agreement.
- When you have completed your order, an order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. In the confirmation, you will find all details regarding products, price, billing and delivery address. A purchase agreement is only concluded when we confirm your order through an order confirmation.
- If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via e-mail at kundservice@reirei.se.
- Delivery
- Our normal delivery times are 1-3 days and depend on the shipping method you have chosen. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends are sent at the earliest on the coming non-holiday weekday. In connection with Black Friday, Christmas, and other public holidays, the delivery time may be slightly longer.
- Should delays in delivery occur (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the e-mail address: kundservice@reirei.se.
- The package remains at the collection point for 6-7 days before it automatically goes back to us as a return. If you are unable to collect your package within this time, you can extend the time the shipment remains at the collection point to 13-14 days. You do this yourself in the Postnord app or via Postnord's customer service. Please note that if the package is not collected within these days and is returned to us, we charge a fee of 299 SEK for extra handling costs (return shipping, administrative fees, etc.).
- Prices and payment
- All prices in the Swedish shop are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.
- We reserve the right to make price changes caused by price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, as well as inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and reserve the right to adjust the price.
- Payment is carried out via the payment methods offered from time to time via the Webshop. Note that the payment methods offered via the Webshop are provided by an external payment service provider (currently Klarna). - Right of withdrawal
- When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the day you (or in applicable cases your agent) have received an item you have ordered.
5.1 Upon exercising your right of withdrawal:
- If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a clear and distinct message to us regarding your decision to withdraw from the agreement to kundservice@reirei.se. In order for you to exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is sufficient that you send your message regarding your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. A return note is provided by reirei via email following a request for a return.
- You should immediately and at the latest within 14 days after the withdrawal notice return the products to us.
- If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the payments we received from you, with the exception of the return of part of an order, in which case we do not refund the delivery cost. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back from you or until you have submitted proof that you have returned the item, depending on which occurs first.
- We will use the same payment method for the refund that you yourself used for the order, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. The refund will not cost you anything.
- You are responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods, and we reserve the right to deduct a sum for such depreciation from the refund amount.
- You bear the cost of return shipping and are responsible for the condition of the products from the moment you received them. The products should be sent well-packaged and in original packaging.
- Costs for return shipping: Packages under 20 kg 99 SEK, bulky goods over 20 kg, 299 SEK. Other goods delivered on a pallet, 299 SEK. Uncollected package 249 SEK.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (breaking of the seal) has been broken by you.

Products that have the character of sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.

Custom-made product, which has been tailored specifically for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.

Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the service commencing without a right of withdrawal.

Goods that can rapidly deteriorate, for example, foodstuffs.
- Complaints and claims
- We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product nevertheless be damaged when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the fault free of charge. According to the Consumer Sales Act, you as a consumer have a 3-year right of complaint. Only original faults are covered by the right of complaint, and it does not apply, for example, to faults caused by normal wear and tear.
- The complaint must be sent within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.
6.1. How do you proceed with a complaint?
- Any faults and defects can, for example, be reported to kundservice@reirei.se where you state your name, your address, e-mail address, order number, and a description of the fault.
- If we do not succeed in rectifying the fault or delivering a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
- We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the item is not faulty in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In the event of complaints, we follow guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden), see arn.se.
- Limitation of Liability
- We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product unless such indirect damages have occurred due to gross negligence on our part.
- We accept no liability for delays/errors resulting from circumstances outside the Company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labour disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from suppliers.
- Product information
- We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website as well as products being sold out. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the products' exact appearance as a certain colour difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always try in the best way to expose the products as correctly as possible.
- Dispute resolution
- If you have a complaint, you are welcome to contact us at kundservice@reirei.se. We offer customer service in the following languages: Swedish and English.
- You as a consumer domiciled in Sweden can use the alternative dispute resolution process provided by the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, or use the European Commission's online platform for dispute resolution which you can find here: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
